Time and time again, Moona is just the loveliest salon to go to. I always look so forward to my appointments!

If you think this pedicure is good, then you've never received a good pedicure. This is below average. I also commented on google maps saying it was super packed, they disagree. But I can say that it was 27 degrees when I entered and it was 28.5 degrees when I left. Also, taking 5 euro for normal nail polish removal is unacceptable. There are way better places in Amsterdam.

On the day of your appointment, the Netherlands experienced a historic heatwave with a record-breaking heat that reached up to 36 degrees in Amsterdam. While we are unsure how you managed to measure the exact temperature to the decimal point during your session, we can assure you that our cooling system and extra fans kept the salon significantly cooler than the blistering outside heat.
Our other clients greatly appreciated these efforts and understood the extreme weather conditions, especially as we proactively provided extra fans and complimentary drinks to keep everyone comfortable and cool.

Regarding the price, our 5 euro fee for removing nail polish from all ten toenails is a standard item on our menu. This policy is fully transparent, listed clearly on Treatwell and is a standard practice across almost all nail salons in Amsterdam.

We always strive to deliver good quality services at highly competitive, non-luxury prices. If you were not satisfied with the pedicure you received, we hope you can find a salon that better matches your expectations in the future.
